Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 3, 2015 has:

1. Taken on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The un-audited consolidated and standalone results of the Company along with Limited Review Report of auditors for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 are enclosed for your perusal.

2. Appointed Mr. Rakesh Kalra as an Independent director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 3, 2015.

3. Appointed Ms. Payal Chawla as an Independent woman director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 3, 2015.
